RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

1. Order Cancellation

An order can be cancelled in the following situations:

  1. Before completing your order, pressing the “X” button at the checkout form of the cart page.
  2. A submitted order can only be cancelled while not in shipping status. You have the right to cancel an order within 12 hours after submitting it and receiving the confirmation email. In every other situation, cancelling is subject to shipping expenses (as well as Cash on Delivery costs – if chosen as a payment method).

2. Return of products

Upon receipt of the product you can exercise your right to withdraw, within 7 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product.
Prerequisites for product return:

  • The product has not suffered any intentional or unintentional damage from the customer.
  • Its packaging is not damaged.
  • The product has not been used.
  • The product is accompanied by its original packaging and all its contents.
  • Items that have special factory packaging should not have their packaging tampered with or damaged.
  • Do not remove labels or markings that the products may have.
  • The product to be returned is accompanied by the retail sales receipt you received upon receipt.
  • The goods are the responsibility of the sender until they reach our warehouses, so they must be properly packaged and not have suffered any damage during transport.
  • Delivery of returned items should be made at our headquarters.

Returned products that do not meet any of the above conditions will not be accepted.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • In the supply of goods, which may deteriorate or expire soon.
  • In seasonal products.
  • In the supply of goods that have been ordered abroad at the suggestion of the customer and in the supply of products that are made to order (eg handmade products)
  • In the supply of sealed goods, which are not suitable for return, for reasons of health protection or for reasons of hygiene, and which have been unsealed after their delivery.

In case of return you should either send an e-mail to the email address info@leobag.gr stating the order code and the reason for the return, or call +3023940 22021 from 09:00 to 13:00 Monday. – Friday.

• In case of return from a cancellation, the returned goods should be sent by means of transport of the customer’s choice and charge. Delivery of returned items should be made at our headquarters.
For the completion and approval of the return, you must send an e-mail to the email address info@leobag.gr with the shipping code of the returned parcel.

• In case of return of defective product or error in the order, it is necessary to send us a photo of the problem to info@leobag.gr within two days of receipt and to contact us beforehand to select the appropriate carrier at our expense.

The return processing has an average duration of 5 working days.

  • In case of product replacement, it will be completed within 2-3 working days from the date we receive the returned products and provided that there is stock available.
  • In case of refund, it will be completed within 7 working days from the date we receive the returned products.
    You will receive an informative email as soon as the refund is made.

Additional Statements

  1. In case of return of products due to withdrawal, the amount of money related to the value of the goods is reimbursed (except shipping costs, cash on delivery costs or bank charges). In case of products sent with Free Shipping, the amount to be withheld is  7.00€.
  2. In case of return of defective products, the amount related to the value of the goods and the shipping costs is refunded.
  3. Refund for order paid by Cash On Delivery: The refund is made to your bank account.
  4. Refund for order paid by Deposit: The refund is made to your bank account.
  5. Refund for order paid with Paypal: The refund is made to your Paypal account.
  6. Refund for order paid with card: The refund is made to your card. The refund order is automatically given electronically on the date we receive the returned products. The refund time is set exclusively by the card issuing bank and is completed by the banking system within a few days. Leobag.gr, after submitting a return order, does not bear any responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the rebuttal, which is regulated by the aforementioned bank and customer agreement.
  7. Refunds for seasonal products due to withdrawal are not supported. For these cases, a discount code of equal value with the returned ones is issued, for future purchases.
  8. Refunds are not made for orders that the customer / user refused to receive due to poor handling or late delivery by courier companies or transport companies.

3. Claims-Protests
