Any user/customer can browse our website without providing any personal information. During order processing , our online store gathers the necessary information for the fulfillment of the order. Specifically, regarding customer’s convenience when ordering, the creation of an account is requested. The customer has the option to continue even without creating an account. When completing the order, the necessary information is requested for issuing the legal documents (customer name, full address, telephone, etc.).

The sole purpose of collecting personal data of our customers is to record their requirements and to control the traffic of our online store.

Every time our customers choose to use our online store, they automatically accept our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If they choose to proceed with a phone order, our partners will request and record their personal data including their e-mail address and/or mobile phone number. The provision of these details constitutes consent to keep your personal data for the purposes mentioned above. As “Customers” of our online store leobag.gr, are considered all those who choose to register through the “Register” option located on the home page leobag.gr.

– View the contents of your shopping cart (“My Cart”). The products you have chosen to order are gathered in the Cart. There you can make any change you wish (change the quantities of the products or delete a product) until the moment you choose to complete your order. After completion you cannot make changes. In case of error you should contact leobag.gr

– By selecting to complete your order, the website automatically directs you to the next step which asks you to choose the method of payment for the products. For more details please read the “Payment Methods” section.

At any time, the Customer can request that his data be deleted from the databases, unless he has outstanding debts to the online store.

Users of the site leobag.gr agree that they will not use the online store to send, post, e-mail or otherwise transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, offensive, annoying, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, is a violation of another’s privacy , shows empathy or expresses racial, ethnic or other discrimination, may cause harm to minors in any way, is not entitled to be transmitted according to law or contractual or management relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information obtained or disclosed as part of employment relationships or covered in confidentiality agreements), infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary right of a third party, contains derivative software or any other code, files or programs, designed to disrupt, causing damage, the destruction anywhere of computer software or hardware, intentionally or unintentionally violates the current Greek and International Legislation and its provisions, may harass third parties in any way and any content, is used to collect or store personal data of users. In addition, users of leobag.gr, during their “Registration” should provide complete and true Personal Information.

Should anything mentioned above occurs, leobag.gr reserves the right to deactivate the customer’s account and inform him of the reasons for this.

Furthermore, the user has sole responsibility not to disclose to any third parties his personal login credentials to his account at leobag.gr (username & password). If you become aware that someone is using your credentials without your consent, you should notify us immediately by e-mail at info@leobag.gr. The store bears no responsibility for such actions, if not informed by the user.
